strategic Account executive: financial services

This role is open to remote work from anywhere in the United States. You will work directly with senior leadership and with product, marketing and support teams, to face key customer accounts in the financial services industry and build strong relationships, support our customers’ long-term success and drive the sales process. The ideal candidate:

  • has 3+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in the financial services industry

  • has the interest and aptitude to learn and understand Liquidaty’s product capabilities and to help our customers to learn the value of Liquidaty’s solutions in the specific context of their business

  • is willing to travel (post-pandemic, subject to appropriate safety measures and only if/when welcomed by customers) for up to 4-6 days per month and work across different time zones based on customer needs

  • has a track record of effectively leveraging resources and meeting or exceeding sales expectations

  • is energetic and passionate about making data usability and analysis easy and fast

Prior experience in financial services, in the role of the users whose work Liquidaty products are aimed to improve, is a plus


senior front-end engineer

This role is open to remote work from anywhere in the United States. You will work directly with senior leadership and customers, and your work will impact our enterprise products and public-facing platforms. Your work will be accessible to anyone in the world, as well as to our Fortune 50 customers, and you will have a voice in frameworks, libraries and other decisions impacting your work. You will be part of a tight engineering team that values experience, independence, creativity and ownership.

The ideal candidate:

  • is comfortable owning all aspects of a project, including vision, implementation, deployment, measuring outcomes and incorporating feedback

  • has deep experience building responsive and polished web apps with JavaScript and Typescript, using REST services

  • has familiarity with at least some of the common frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue and/or other) and libraries (e.g. jQuery), but is not dependent on any framework or library to solve any problem

  • has familiarity with fundamental principles of data analysis in enterprise, personal and/or academic contexts

  • is equally comfortable building from scratch, taking over existing code and/or tearing down and rebuilding

  • uses a data-driven approach when feasible, and otherwise, offers sharp intuition and efficient experimentation and iteration

  • understands core principles user interface design

  • organizes work with consideration to value to customer, time to deliver and business impact, while relentlessly striving to “raise the bar”

  • takes a top-down approach to design and problem-solving, and seamlessly transitions between planning, execution and other phases of development as needed

  • considers performance, design and optionality trade-offs when weighing implementation approaches

  • appreciates and habitually employs effective testing, debugging and deployment techniques

  • is curious, enjoys a breadth of challenges and is always excited to learn

  • can work effectively both individually and as part of a team

  • may have experience with any of the following, which are a plus but not a requirement, and can quickly learn if needed: Web Assembly / emscripten, JSON Schema / OpenAPI / Swagger, linking front-end UIs to common cloud resources (e.g. S3)
